Limiting beliefs, fear of failure, fear of success...

They look different to all of us, but yet they can affect us in very similar ways, by holding us back from what we are ultimately wanting to do (or at least make it way harder to achieve).


A limiting belief to you, maybe a super power to your friend, and vice versa. 

This workshop will help you:

❇️Work out what limiting beliefs are.

❇️How they've been affecting you, or holding you back.

❇️Ways to identify them, flip them, and move forward from them. 

But however they came to us, these limiting decisions run our lives and they prevent us from becoming who we wish to become, doing what we wish to do and having what we wish to have. 

Sometimes our limiting beliefs can be big obvious ones like "I am not good enough, smart enough or attractive enough", but they can also be more subtle "career change is going to be really hard, there's no jobs out there for me, my skills aren't transferable". 

Sadly, often because it's a belief that's deeply rooted in us, we wont question it, and then wont try or go for the new opportunity.
