Are you a Worrier or a Warrior?

Worrier - is to tourment oneself or worry with disturbing thoughts.

We are human! This is normal.

What are you tourmenting thoughts? These are things that hold you back in your habits and moving forward or progressing.

What is the Dominant Disempowering thought?

  • I know for me that I feel like no one will want to have my coaching. I feel like I am unable to help you all out (I feel like there is no one out there that wants my help).

  • What’s the thought that you have running through your mind that’s been hiding in the background?

How is it making you feel?

  • I don’t know about you, but when I get into this stage I numb it out, I try and remove myself from the situation. Or I start procrastinating, ALOT. I start doing this thing I’ve called Procrasti-learning, where I try and learn bits of stuff to teach, rather than just teaching what I already know.

  • Basically I feel disempowered.

  • How about you?

Given this, how is it impact you in the way your showing up?

  • I know I procrastinate, I doubt myself. I don’t show up, even when I know that’s what I need to do, and I stop helping people.

  • How about you, how does this thought and feeling impact you?

When this whole crisis is over, where will you end up?

  • I know for me, if I don’t change these habits and behaviours and thoughts, I will be exactly where I am now (which would be further behind), yet wishing I had’ve done more.

  • What about you? Where do you think this will leave you?

WARRIOR - a person who shows great vigour (force, vitality and power) and courage in the face of what they’re up to.

Now is to step into that WARRIOR mindset mentality.

When this crisis blows over - how would you love to be coming out of this as a Warrior?!

  • I personally want to come out as a trail blazer.

  • I want to have helped so many people.

  • I want to be striving in my business.

  • I want to have grown and be stronger!

How would you need to be showing up as of/and from right now, to make that happen?

  • Being out there, being powerful to my audience.

  • Helping everyone

  • Be a voice of empathy and reason

  • Committed and focused

What emotion would be showing up?

  • Strong! Empowered! Amazing! Focused. Brave. Unattached to all opinions. Clear and Present.

  • Unstoppable.

  • What about you? What would you be feeling?

What would the new thought process need to be to show up that way?

  • That I am someone of integrity. That I am here to help and serve, to live my life in purpose.

With that thought process, what new actions open up?

  • Start to put messages out to groups. Start to connect on a more powerful way with my clients, and potential new clients.

  • Connect and serve my group.

  • Connect to linked in again

  • To join and be part of the linkedin tribe.
