Gaining perspective

Perspective.png

Sometimes it can feel like an overwhelming task (and a daunting one at that) to try and think about what other options are out there for you.

Often it can feel like we are surrounded by the same old (boat, people, talk), and to be able to even think of a world outside of that can seem too much.

This is where a coach steps in. With clarity, a process and belief in a client,

A friend and I were speaking of this yesterday and she gave a good analogy.

‘A coach helps to guide you out of the bottom of the valley, and through the fog to the top of the mountains where you can start to see possibilities again’.

They are also there as a support system (support line) when it feels like things are too hard and you’re going backwards not forwards.

A coach is there to provide perspective through the fog of overwhelm.

When it feels like there are no options left, or you’ve look in every possible place.

Ask for help. Theres always someone there to help.
