Hamish Coleman-Ross and Kyle MacDonald from Newstalk ZB and I speak on air about bullying and gender discrimination in the television and super yacht industries, as well as my story of working at sea.

Anna Petchell spent just over 7 years working on Super Yachts in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. In her last couple of years on board, she was confronted by significant struggles with her own mental health. Anna left the industry and began to help people in moving away from super yachts as a "Yachting Exit Strategy Coach”, assisting clients in finding their own worth and discovering their values to inform new career pathways. She shares her story and how working environments can compromise our mental health with Hamish Coleman-Ross and psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald.
